Annual Financial Statements as at 31st December 2011 is available to the public

CAD IT S.p.A. announces that the Consolidated and Draft Financial Statements as at 31^st December 2011, together with the Reports of Auditing Firm and of the Board of Auditors, were made available today to the company’s registered office and Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
Furthermore the Company informs all that, the Remuneration Report and the Corporate Governance Annual Report, including all relevant information regarding the ownership structures pursuant to art. 123-bis of the Leg. Dec. 24 February 1998, were also deposited in the same above mentioned offices.
