Notice of filing of the minutes of CAD IT S.p.A. Board of Directors which has approved the harmonization of the Company Bylaws

In accordance with the existing provisions, the minutes of CAD IT S.p.A. Board of Directors, held on November 12th, 2010 which has approved the harmonization of the Company Bylaws with the mandatory provisions of Legislative Decree no. 27/2010 (implementing Directive 2007/36/EC on the exercising of certain shareholders’ rights in listed companies) have been filed today at Verona Register of Companies and published, together with the amended Bylaws, in the Investor Relations sector on the company’s internet website (www.cadit.it). The document is also available to anyone requesting it, at CAD IT S.p.A. registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
