Furthermore, the Company informs that the reasoned proposal of the Board of Auditors on the appointment of the accounts auditor for financial years 2015-2023 has been made available to the public at the Company’s registered office and published in the Investor Relation section on the Company’s internet website www.caditgroup.com.
